On -/-/- the Bank closed my credit card accounts and illegally seized my points without justification in violation of state law. 1. The proposed settlement of $480.00 represents a mere 50 % of the value of the seized Flexpoints, which are worth - cents per point when redeemed for travel.
contradict this claim and demonstrate the creditworthiness of the consumer at the time of closure. - Civil Code supersedes the language found in the cardholder adhesion contract.
