Rewards Massachusetts

My credit card, issued by Barclays Bank Delaware, gives - - reward points as an anniversary benefit. It was supposed to be accrued by -/-/2016 but did not happen. I complained multiple times through their messaging system but no positive response was given. Because of this delay, my account balance ( - points ) at - was also forfeited.
