Amex Credit card department,
I signed up for the American Express EveryDay Card on the sign-up offer of - Membership Reward points as long as I spent over $2000.00 in 3 months. I met the terms of the offer by spending over $2200.00 in the first three months - which was confirmed by several American Express representatives - and 6 months later I have still not received the points. During this same time I also added a American Express Offer on two different American Express cards that said I would earn - points if I spend $200.00 at a hotel chain. I spent the $200.00 dollars on both cards ( $400.00 total ) and only received the points on one card. I 've contacted American Express multiple times over these issues and each time the representatives assure me that the points will be added to my account shortly, which has yet to happen.
