U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
Elan Financial Services refuses to pay out reward points when I have a statement clearly showing that they are earned and payable. My account was purchased/transferred from - and Elan says they did not get the points. - has no information about the account and will not talk to me. The account is registered in my deceased husband 's name and I am his personal representative.
