In order to not forget to make a payment, I want to set up a reoccurring draft on the due date. Discover only provides options to pay the minimum amount due or " other amount '' on the due date. Discover Credit card cash advance fee January 13, 2017 - I was charged multiple cash advance fees given a peculiar situation in while traveling in - I had to withdraw money from ATM using the Discover card but the - government banned all ATM and only allowed for a person to take out only - which equals roughly around $30.00 dollars.
