MY NAME IS - - AND I AM A VICTIM OF INSURANCE FRAUD AND A VICTIM TO LYING CREDIT CARD COMPANIES. I HAD AUTHORIZED A CHARGE ON MY DISCOVER ACCOUNT FROM AN INSURANCE COMPANY CALLED -. IT WAS - SEPARATE CHARGES TOTAL $2900.00. IT WAS A BUSINESS INSURANCE FOR - ADJACENT LOCATIONS. I AUTHORIZED THE CHARGE. MONTHS LATER WHEN WE HAD SITUATIONS COME UP THAT THE INSURANCE COVERAGE WAS NEEDED I FOUND OUT THAT WE WERE TOLD A BOGUS INSURANCE AND I CALLED DISCOVER CARD AND FILIED A DISPUTE FOR THE CHARGES OF THAT POLICY. I SUBMITTED EVERYTHING ONLINE TO E-PEDITE THE PROCESS I ALSO UPLOADED ALL THE DOCUMENTS FROM THE INSURANCE WHAT THEY SOLD AND HOW THEY LIED TO US. ALL - DIFFERENT LOCATIONS WAS DENIED AT DIFFERENT INSTANCES. DISCOVER CARD DRAGGED ON THE INVESTIGATION FOR MONTHS ALMOST A YEAR, CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND CLAIMED THEY WILL NOT REVERSE THE CHARGE. I E-PLAINED IT WAS SERVICES I PAID AND IT WAS NOT RENDERED. THE INSURANCE POLICY SOLD TO ME WAS A FRAUD. FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS ALMOST A YEAR I WENT THROUGH AN AGONIZING PROCESS. I GOT STUCK WITH THE DEBT AND INTEREST AND PENALTIES AND MORE. PLEASE HELP ME CLEAR UP THE MATTER I NEED HELP
