Discover Credit card department,
Discover credit needs to be investigated for fraud, and bait and switch practices. There is no $0.00 fee charged each year, despite the attached online statement made by their company. Fees ARE indeed charged each year by Discover, they are exorbitant, and they continue to lie about it. This is a discriminatory practice, and it is unlawful. Discover should not be allowed to make this statement, as it is a lie. Discover does indeed pull a bait and switch on the consumer as a result of this front page statement, and continues to advertise incorrect information to an unsuspecting public. This continues the complaint I made about Discover Credit on - -, 2016 ; to date have received no reply from Discover to my complaint, and in fact, continue to be ignored by Discover Corporation regarding my email dated -/-/2016.This is a bait and switch complaint. It will continue to be this way until I receive a correct settlement of account for my credit card balance for Discover credit minus the yearly fees that their company supposedly does not charge. I need the corrected balance minus the exorbitant fees that I was charged was all that I requested. This request as per -/-/2016 continues to go ignored. Why?! I do need an itemized statement sent by US Mail, so I can settle this account. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Sincerely, -
