Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Tennessee

I received a letter from discover card stating that I have a balance that is delinquent. I contacted discover card and advise that I never applied or open an credit card account with their company. I have disputed the credit card account with the credit bureaus and with discover card requesting that the account be removed from my credit file and the account ca n't be validated nor will they remove the account from my credit report.
