Discover Credit card department,
I have a Discover card that has not been used in years. I recently noticed they are charging interest charge on cash advances. I contacted them about it and they replied that the charges were from over 7 years ago. The agent could not really tell me when or amount. So, sent a message to the company and I received this replied : Thank you for your email regarding the Cash Advance interest on your statement. After reviewing your account, I found that we chatted with you online on -/-/2016, regarding this matter. If you need further assistance with this matter, or if you have other questions or concerns, please let me know. I am sorry, but this is not acceptable. I do n't mind paying, but I need answers. I do n't remembered ever taking any cash advance. Please help me! Thanks in advance!
