Synchrony Bank Credit card privacy October 16, 2015 - I have received over - calls from this time period just on my cell phone alone from Synchrony bank, including automated messages each time. I have received at least the same number of calls at my work number - and - as well as voice messages and I am not allowed to have phone calls of this nature at my work numbers and my cell phone number - since I also use my cell phone for work purposes. I am requesting to not be contacted at either of these numbers. This company is violating the privacy policy as I have already requested them to remove these numbers and they continue to call. ... |
Bank of America Credit card privacy September 29, 2015 - CFBPI have - Bank of America Credit cards linked to my checking account. In -/-/- Bank of America ( I will use BofA as abbreviation ) sent me aLetter stating that I filed for Bankruptcy and they closed my accounts. I never filed BK and had no intention to file. I called them and disputed this and Bof A reopened my accounts around -/-/-. -/-/- BofA started auto dialing and text messaging me. August 14, 2015 - I presently have a credit card with Best Buy ( Citibank is now the lender for this card ). I am presently late with my payment due to a change of salary from my primary employment ( which is struggling ). The issue I encountered with the bank is this morning they contacted my parents home asking to speak to me regarding my credit card. July 22, 2015 - I attempted to access my account at Citi.com so that I could pay my balance. I have n't used the card in a while and could not remember my password. Their online password reset sequence asked for my full credit card number, the security code, and answers to my security questions. I could not remember the answers to my security questions.
