I have had a credit card in good standing with Discover since -. In or about - they started charging me a credit protection fee with out my knowledge. I was a student at the time and my parents paid my credit card bills so I never noticed the charges on the account. In - ii was in a class action suit against discover for charging me this fee and received a check for this situation however with out my knowledge they continued to charge my account up until I took over my bills from my parent in -/-/- when i noticed this charge and called them to immediately remove it as i did n't authorize these charges.. Discover states I verbally committed to these charges. # 1 I was - # 2 If I was in a class action suit why would you continue these charges after the lawsuit? # 3 I have called numerous time with people at discover stating they would credit me yet i only received a credit for - and a letter stating they are only willing to go back 6 months.
