Discover Credit card department,
I would like assistance in disputing a charge on my Discover Card. I am a - year old retiree who became involved with - amongst many others.Also on my credit card their merchant 's name is different, It shows as - And - FL. I was contacted by an unsolicited telemarketing phone call last year. They offered me a very profitable online business, a website and training. They disappeared right after I paid them. I tried to get in touch with them and they would not return my calls. I opened a dispute with my credit card, Discover and they told me It has passed too much time and could not help me, they blew me off. I have been in touch with the Attorney General 's Office and they advised me that I have 540 days to dispute since they did not provide the services that they promised me. I am beyond frustrated with this situation, I hope you can help me get my money back.
