Amex consumers have reported over 322 official complaints related to Advertising and marketing. Out of the 322 consumer complaints against Amex, 34% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Amex responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 7% of consumer complaints against Amex resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 16% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

Off to the right was an offer to recieve - off the stay if I apply for an American Express card. So I apply, it goes thru and I try to book my room. I find out I do not have the number for the card or any information to reserve the room. I call customer service, they ca n't help me.
