-/-/2016 I received an AmEx mailing offering an AmEx Premier Rewards card with a - point bonus after $ - spend. I was uncertain if I have ever had this card before so I called AmEx to confirm that I was eligible. After speaking to - different people it was determined that I was in fact eligible for the bonus. I was informed today that the bonus was declined.
