For nearly a year, I have been unable to access my FICO score online as promised by American Express. I contacted American Express several times during this time period, and after each call, I would check my FICO score online, and each time I would be unable to access my score. More recently, I made telephone calls to American Express at ( - ) - regarding this matter. The most recent of these telephone calls resulted in the following tickets being opened : ticket # - opened on -/-/2016 and ticket # - opened on -/-/2016. To date, -/-/2016, I am still unable to access my FICO score despite repeated calls to American Express customer service ( - ) -.
