I was given a promotional offer for a new - rewards card from Amex and was promised - points on spending $2000.00 in 3 months. I was told multiple times by the customer service that i would be awarded - points on calling them to verify the offer. The company did not award the points despite me meeting the criteria. The company later changed the terms that would make previous members ineligible for the product.
