I used my American Express card to book a hotel using the - travel site. Immediately after booking found out it was the wrong hotel. I immediately contacted -. They came back a little later and said the hotel was not answering their phones. - refused to refund the over $200.00 charge for a hotel room that I did not use. American Express apparently is siding with -. I will never use - again.
