I applied and received an American Express - - - credit card which promised - bonus points if I spent $3000.00 within three months. I qualified according to American Express on - -. As of - - I had not received my bonus points. When I inquired they now insisted it takes up to three months to get the bonus points. The exact language of the offer and terms was this : - - - - will be credited to your - - account 6 - 8 weeks after the spend requirement has been reached. This appears to me to be false and misleading representation to entice me to get a credit card. I am also fearful I will never get the bonus points. I think American Express should be sanctioned. I appreciate any help you can give me.
