American express makes it so difficult to file a warranty claim now. I filed a claim for a $21.00 wrist watch that was damaged and per their warranty policy they replace any damaged item within 30 days. They required me to fill out an exhaustive amount of forms and also requested information that is no business of theirs like my home owners insurance policy number. I have been a loyal customer for more years than I can count. No more. I believe they are unfair and deceptive in their descriptions of benefits to card holders. Please investigate the for fraud and unfair and deceptive practices.
