Instead of being greeted with the normal payment screens I was instead forced to verify my payment source before I could make the payments. The company contacted me to inform me that the company was closing and they needed to send me $310.00 ( refund ). They claimed they mailed the check but had the wrong address. I updated my address via phone and completed/mailed the required loss declaration paperwork in - and I still have n't received my check. I called several times. This is my second complaint. I did not receive any of the statements after the card was closed, and my access to online statements and online bill pay was blocked by Citi.
