1. I applied and was approved for the Citi - Credit Card on -/-/2016 and provided address A on the same day. 2. I changed my home address on -/-/2016 because of moving and gave them my address B, however I have n't received my credit card until -/-/2016. During this time, I have told 10+ time my new address B ( which is the same one I provided on -/-/2016 ) over 10+ call with Citi. 3. On -/-/2016, I wanted to pay for $700.00 balance in my tuition online ( which is a legit school website ) and my card was declined for no reason.
n't have another Citi credit card with them. So they CA N'T verify my ID. They told me the only way to verify my ID is that they will send me a letter in mail and I should follow the instruction. 5. Today is -/-/2016 and until today I have n't received any mails from Citi. 6. I called Citi on -/-/2016 asking about the letter in mail and they told me they would send me another one. 7. To conclude : I applied for this credit card on -/-/2016 and I ca n't even use my card for - time as of -/-/2016 and I do n't know how long I have to wait.
