problem with citi bank I returned what I purchased I also dispute online shopping which was from - so technichly all that will give me a - balance but Citibank wants me to make a payment I told them it does n't make any sense with all the credit my payment will make my account credit then I have to call citi again and request a efund for the credit balance the - do n't get it I am not making any payments periods why make a payment then request a refund?????
