I applied for a credit card with Citi Cards. It was an - - - - - card. The annual fee is steep at $450.00. I applied on -, but did not receive the card until - after - phone calls and promises that it was mailed multiple times. It was approved immediately after the application online and I received a letter from Citi Bank 6 days after the application noting that it was approved. The letter also detailed that the card would be received -3 days thereafter ; however it took an extra three weeks. As part of the new card, there were spending requirements to receive bonus miles that needed to be met within 3 months, but my clock started nearly a month before I actually received the card and could use it. By the time, I received the card and logged into my account, I already had one full statement that was completed with the $450.00 annual fee billed despite not actually having the card.
