Regarding CFPB Complaint # - : On - -, 2017, Citibank stated that it would contact the major consumer reporting agencies to request the removal of any data related to my consumer Home Depot account from my credit history. I accepted this resolution and the dispute was closed. However, on - -, 2017, I received - letters from Citibank ( see attached documents ). - of them acknowledging the agreement and the second - retracting it.
