My credit card account was frozen telling that they need to verify my identity. I had been using this card since lsat 6 months. I called them up and answered all the questions. Now they are saying they need to talk to me on a second phone which I dont have. Another rep insisted they talk to my employer. I requested many times to cancel this card. But they will not. Card details Citi Bank.
