I have had a credit card ( - ) with this company since -/-/1999. I have a card for myself and my daughter. I live/pay the bill but do n't use the account. My daughter lives in -. Ohio and AT & T Universal Card has known this since since the second card was issued and they know because the charges she makes are in the SAME AREA at the SAME STORES as always. In the last - or so months I 've been getting fraud alert calls. I verify the purchases some as low as $ - $8.00 ; -. I 've even had to verify the same charge TWICE. I 've called them MANY TIMES directly to the fraud dept. Each time they say they 'll fix the problem and each and every time a charge is made I get a call. If I 'm not home they leave a fraud code that I have to call in order for charging to not be compromised. I get sometimes - or - calls a day, all via recorded fraud alert but I have to go through many steps to rectify. I 've spoken with fraud SUPERVISORS and the problem persists. I 've told them that I 'm being harassed because all charges are ALWAYS VERIFIED. Still, they wo n't stop. I 'm going to close the account but before I do, they should n't be allowed to get away with this. I 'm a good customer/never missed a payment/never late/always make many times the min. payment. If this is what happens to a good customer how on earth do they treat the bad ones????
