I called the customer number talk to - and she transfer to the Financial Department we spoke with -, I understand my payment of - was behind for emergency reason, I never was late for this card, we try explain to - about this but she was absolutely rude, unprofessional and no empathy for the customer she try hung up the phones many times without solving my problem.She mention each customer is treat different when I ask for reage my account, ask twice what that mean each client is different, is about discrimination since she used that terminology and we know they are able to reage accounts.
