I ordered flowers from - - for my aunt 's memorial. That company did n't deliver the flowers in hand to anyone. I gave them my uncle 's phone number so they could call him before delivery. He is - so he may not the door bell if someone rings it.The person left the flowers by a door that was n't used by anyone and no one knew the flowers were outside in the the sun all day, from - until - when my cousin called to tell me they\\\\ they did n't received the flowers. I was terribly upset since it was the last thing I could do to honor my aunt and no one got the flowers for the memorial service. I called - - and told them I wanted a full refund. They offered half my money back right away but said if I wanted a full refund and they said they would have to pick the flowers up to get the full refund. I told them to pick the flowers up.


I told them I was n't paying for the flowers and called customer service with Macy 's American Express card and told them to put a stop payment on the flowers. The person I spoke with told me they would take care of it. The next month I called them when I saw they had paid full payment to - - for the flowers, they lied to me. Each month I called about my bill and they lied to me telling me it was taken care of while charging me interest on the unpaid amount for the flowers each month. I have been lied to so many times now that I ca n't trust this company anymore. They never should have made any payment to - - until the matter on the flowers was resolved. I am going tear up myc card and never use it again. I hope you can help me with this situation.
