My debit card was lost and fraudulently used to take $3700.00 out of my checking account over a two week period in -, 2016. I reported the card as lost within two minutes after I realized it was lost. Citibank told me it would credit my account for the full amount while they did an investigation. It has now been four long months and I have not received any credit to my account, and I have not received anything in the mail regarding this dispute. I keep calling them to see why this is taking so long and I am getting very frustrated. Do n't use Citibank, they will steal your money and never give it back to you.
