I have an old credit card account from CITI financial I have been paying faithfully. As of -, the payment address changed, and my payments began to not be cashed through my online billpay. However, the letter I received asking me to call to pay over the phone forwarded me to a number soliciting services, I guess a spam number, - - - -. Completely robotic without an option to speak to a human. There was no other number on the letter to contact a live person. Only by - CITIfinancial and calling an office directly could someone access my account
