Bought a set of - tires promotion related to this sale was a - debit Visa card issued by CITI bank. Card arrived by mail today -/-/2017 and expiration date on card was -. Tried to activate card. Was not able to. Called their customer service which was horrible and no help with first person so I asked to speak to supervisor. Supervisor was - employee no. -. I asked her if they could reissue a new card due to the late arrival of my card. She said she could not and was also of no help so basically I am now out - dollars due to a postal service - up and total lack of customer service from CITI.
