I had a credit card with Banamex. My account is closed. The company contacted me to inform me that the company was closing and they needed to send me $310.00 ( refund ). They claimed they mailed the check but had the wrong address. I updated my address via phone and completed/mailed the required loss declaration paperwork in - and I still have n't received my check. I called several times. This is my second complaint. This company is extremely unprofessional. I would like my check so I can officially termite the relationship.
