I was issued a Citi Credit Card with Costco after the shift from - to Citi Visa. I called on multiple occasions to add my wife to the account so she too may have a card. Citi most likely has access to all the calls, I estimate at least -10 calls were made to add her. Once added I was told a card would be in the mail soon, this was in mid -. Two weeks later I call again, this time they send me to Customer Service who confirms a card was not sent although my order showed it was complete. So they said they would send a card. Nothing. I call two weeks later and again they say it was supposed to be sent but was n't and promise to overnight it. I am not kidding, but this happened now two MORE times! I have spent over 1.5hrs calling and waiting with Citi and they have not sent me a card they promised to send 5 different times. The last call ended with a supervisor promising to call me at - - on - -. It is not - and no call has been received. These practices by Citi should be reviewed by the CFPB, I am being strung along and Citi is making promise they are not delivering on. All my calls and attempts have lead to nothing, and I have nowhere else to go.
