It has now been two and a half weeks and US Bank is not releasing the title of the car and sending it to me. I have called several times and they still have not mailed it. If we consumers were to make a late payment, US Bank is quick to charge ridiculous late fees and ruin our credit report. However, the same rules do not apply to this bank. That is ridiculous!
