Vehicle lease Managing the loan or lease New York
On -/-/- at -, I recieved a phone call from US Bank at my home phone number. The female caller immediatley asked for me or my wife by first name. Once I stated who I was, she advised me that the call may be recorded. I stated that was fine. The caller then stated that she was calling from US Bank in regards to the lease on the -/-/- - - ''. At which point, she stated that the - payment was five days late. I informed the caller that I was aware and that it was an accidental oversight and that I had just made the payment through my bank 's website about - minutes before she had called. The caller then asked if I knew when US Bank would receive the payment. I informed her that the payment usually takes one business day to post. I mistakenly told the caller that since that was the case the payment would most likely be received tomorrow ( Saturday ). The

The caller then asked me for a reason that the payment was late. I stated that I had already told her that it was an oversight and that the payment was made. She then continued to ask for a reason. I stated, Ma'am, you called my home at - - on - -. This is the -. I have already stated that the payment was made. The woman continued to request a reason. I stated miss please do n't harass me. I already stated that the payment was made. This complaint is not so much about the call itself rather than the demeanor and the timing of the call.
