Leased a - from -, financed by US Bank. 1. was not told to bring charge cable to inspection and was charged for it - have letters sent from dealership to show it was returned 2. was not given access to inspection prior to turning in the lease, completed by Autovin 3. - repeatedly sent late information from US Bank, making it impossible to do what they asked - for lease return ) 4. was never sent information on lease return and normal/excessive wear and tear until 7 weeks after turning in vehicle 5. inspection and " excess wear and tear '' from their contracted inspector, Autovin, contradicts the documents they sent me 7 weeks after returning the vehicle 6. involved my insurance company whose photos and reports show normal wear and tear and not excessive as was claimed by -. called US Bank on -/-/- and asked about - dispute process '' outlined in their invoice - they sent the initial report and the " excess wear and tear brochure '' that they said I should have received 3 months prior to turning in vehicle, but outlined no process and provided me with no options
