My lease with US Bank expired after i paid my last payment on -/-/2016 and returned the car on -/-/2016. I called US Bank -, and they still keep on taking out the monthly automatic payment that i was required to start. there is NO way to turn this off via their web site. I spoke with - customer service rep 's who do n't know how to turn off the automatic payments when they have the returned car. I spoke to a Manager - - who also said it would not be taken out. However, it still took my money without any remediation. They owe me and many other end of leasee 's who kept on taking money out of account after lease ended. They owe me $250.00 returned immediately.
