We have our car loan through US Bank. Every month we pay the note through Bill Pay at our bank which is -. US Bank called us three weeks ago to tell us we are late. We conferenced in our bank. Our bank faxed a copy of the check they sent them which was endorsed and deposited. Three weeks later, US Bank is still dunning us even though they do note our account is being researched. Twice my bank talked with US Bank to show that the payment was received and deposited. I have a very good credit score and fear their ineptitude will mar it.
