Vehicle lease Managing the loan or lease New Jersey
I leased a vehicle ( - Buick LaCrosse ) from US Bank. The lease term just ended and I paid US Bank $17000.00 in certified check back on -/-/15 to buy the vehicle. It has now been two and a half weeks and US Bank is not releasing the title of the car and sending it to me. I have called several times and they still have not mailed it. If we consumers were to make a late payment, US Bank is quick to charge ridiculous late fees and ruin our credit report. However, the same rules do not apply to this bank. That is ridiculous! We need to get the title NOW.
