I have a lease with US Bank -, I moved to Idaho from Arizona, it took me 10 plus phone calls and 2 trips to mvd to finally get them to release the title to the state of Idaho. This process took over 2 mths. A month later my stmt shows a fee of $25.00 for title transfer. I called US Bank, they read through my file and cust serv rep said since they put me thru so much of a hassle they would waive the fee. A mth goes by, my next stmt shows the fee again. Again I call same response, we are sorry we will waive the fee. Another mth goes by, fee still on my mthly stmt. I give up and wait until my lease is nearing term, I call again, now I get another cust serv rep mgr ( who I asked for ) I explain my situation, they said they can see all I went thru to get the title work transferred but the fee is legit since they did transfer the title to the state of Idaho. I told them they promised to waive the fee twice and it never got taken care of. Cust serv rep mgr told me they are not going to waive it unless I have a written stmt from them stating that they were going to waive it. This conversation escalated into myself getting very angry, the rep was rude and told me that they will never waive the fee now! I told her I will NOT pay it and they better not put anything negative on my credit report. I have a - plus score with excellent credit, I should be a customer they want to retain but this is how they treat their sat paying customers? This is a scam ... ... ..
