We turned our vehicle in on - -, 2016 well before the month end date of - - and yet US BANK says the vehicle was n't " grounded '' until - -. They are trying to charge us for an additional month 's Lease that we did possess the car. It should be noted that this situation has been going on since - of 2016 with me calling US BANK each and every time they sent us a statement. They are so incompetent that the representatives had no clue as to what was going on ... they would say we were missing documents and at other times saying we did n't pay the mileage fee ... These people were the worst to deal with and each and every person I spoke with said the same thing about US BANK as being a terrible company.
