Vehicle lease Managing the loan or lease California
Bank charged for an extra month of rent on the vehicle lease, because they failed to check the return inspection for to verify the auto was returned on - -, 2015. Each letter to the bank results in additional paperwork, without the questions in my letters being addressed. I am requesting CFPB 's assistance in getting the - month billing reversed with a refund check. Paperwork from the bank and my letters are attached.
