History : I submitted a insurance payout check from essurance to US Bank to pay off my auto loan. The bank has confirmation within their record keeping of possession of check and I have email confirmation ( -/-/2012 ) from - - that they are in passion of the check. - in a call stated that there was an issue, the essurance check was more than the payout of the loan we agreed that U.S. bank would write me a check for the difference. I followed up with US Bank and was advised - no longer works with US Bank, they were unable to locate the essurance check, and my account was now in collections. I have tried for over three years to resolve but bank representatives state they can not help me that I must make a payment. Bank reps have refused to return my calls or agree to meet with me. The balance has been reported to collections affecting my credit. I read an article about your agency 's ability to resolve matters and I seek your help.
