Drivetime access the wrong applicant 's personal information resulting in my car being towed for nonpayment, reported inaccurate information, treatment me rudely, lied, and failed to investigate issue and find a resolution to the problem. After contacting DT and speaking directly with several managers and customer service agents I was told to pay the tow fee to retrieve my car ( although it was a company error ). This disagreement lasted for a few days management finally agreed they would return my car and promised to compensate me by crediting my account for the next payment ( which they quickly withdrew ). I explained I was Inconvenienced by needing to seeking other means of transportation through family and friends. I am - months pregnancy and on - due to a - I should not have to stress about picking up my child from school or debate with customer service and management about what is fair treatment. I want what I was promised and an apology, I contacted management they stated on multiple occasions they would return my calls within 24-48 ( obviously did n't happen ). In addition to their poor business practices their wait/holding times are unacceptable, they are


my own experiences, it is also evidences to me as I witness other family and friends not only express their dissatisfaction but also experience poor treatment and service too. If my testimony, and my family and friends testimony 's are not enough - Report '' will provide a plethora of dissatisfied customers complaints that could be utilized as a means for aiding and assisting company 's such as DT in mending and repairing organization issues. Let 's start with the extremely poor customer service, I have never experience such rule and condescending tones from so many different professionals '' at the same establishment it is absolutely shocking. The right customer service professional could resolve many complaint issues before reaching management level, but then again, if management lacks poor training and development how could you expect customer service to a have strong work ethics. DT employee 's do not value their customers and have forgotten that without people like us there are no Jobs.
