DriveTime Consumer Loan Complaint

Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease

DriveTime Consumer loan department,

Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease Texas

Earlier this month ( -/-/- ) I contacted the consumer financial bureau regarding false reporting by drive time to credit bureaus. I stated that I voluntary repoed my vehicle -/-/-. I also stated that the company consistently falsely reported this information on certain months. I have not had an account with drive time since -/-/- and just this month they just reported a repossession -/-/-. this is a violation of federal law as well as the fair credit reporting act.
