THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE COMPLAINT. IT DOES HOWEVER INVOLVE THE SAME COMPANY AS BEFORE. THIS IS ANOTHER ISSUE ALL TOGETHER. We purchased a vehicle from Drive Time on -/-/- and the vehicle was financed for - for - payments and - for - payment due on -/-/- off on -/-/-. The loan and finances charges included GAP and GPS. I requested a refund of the GAP coverage and I was told we will not be receiving the refund. I do n't understand, since we paid off the loan early.
