I bought a car from DriveTime on -/-/- & have made every payment on-time since then. As of this date, -/-/-, I have no record of these payments being reported on any of the - main credit bureaus. One of the main selling points of DriveTime is they help you rebuild your credit & included in my closing paperwork is what is entitled Credit Reporting Notice which clearly states that they will report this account 's activity to all - credit bureaus & my account number is claerly visable in the top right hand corner of the page. I have spent months calling the DriveTime Financing office to only get the run around ... one excuse after another I 've heard ... & even spoke with supervisors who seemed to really be on the matter after they reassured me that my credit would be reporting soon I backed off ... .only to discover that nothing has changed! As of this date -/-/- I have made - consecutive on-time payments to DriveTime wich is Not reflected on any of the - major credit bureaus ... .as a matter of fact their is no record of my even having an account with DriveTime. For the record, my account number is -. I will include supporting documents in this communication. Thanks for your assistance!
