U.S. Bancorp consumers have reported over 120 official complaints related to General purpose card. Out of the 120 consumer complaints against U.S. Bancorp, 9% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how U.S. Bancorp responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 54% of consumer complaints against U.S. Bancorp resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 3% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

When I attempted to use the cards a few weeks later, I found one had $45.00 left and the other $35.00. So on one card there is a fraudulent charge of $150.00 and on the other, $160.00. Unfortunately through either a data breach or a card sequencing scam many of these card numbers were stolen and there was fraudulent activity on the cards. I am still out $2000.00 in card value ( at - point was $4000.00 - from the related fraud and the U.S. bank group, nor the group service the fraud complaints are resolving these issues in a timely fashion.
