General purpose card Unauthorized transactions/trans. issues California
I purchased - prepaid Visa Gift cards from - on -/-/2015 issued by US Bank. I found out a week later the funds were liquidated fraudulently. I informed US Bank on the number of the back of the Visa Gift card. Weeks later they request additional information but gave me very little time to send it. I then faxed the information in -. Today they said they never got the information and closed the case on - of the cards because of insufficient information and closed the case. I have the fax receipt showing that I did send it in. The other card I still have not heard any information.
