I attempted to make a $50.00 payment online using a - prepaid gift card in the amount of $100.00. The payment drafted - from my card, bringing the prepaid balance down to zero. I called the customer service line ( - ) and spoke with a customer service representative who told me that I had to have swiped my card -, and that I could n't dispute the charges.
